REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY for all Blood and Saliva Testing

You have 24 hours from the time of your purchase to cancel your order and receive a refund. After 24 hours no refunds will be processed.

All Hair Testing for Food Intolerances, you have 48 hours to request a refund. After 48 hours, a $25 (per test) Online Store processing fee will be deducted from your refund. 

 

To claim your refund, please email our customer service department at info@directmedsolutions.com and provide the following details:

  • Name used to make purchase
  • Email address used to make purchase
  • Order number
  • Transaction amount
  • Date of purchase

Please remember that it can take three to five business days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card statement. All refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

*PayPal Users: We suggest contacting our office with a refund request before filing a PayPal dispute.  PayPal disputes can take up to 6 months before being processed and funds returned to you.  We will be able to process a refund request promptly.
